Motivation To Live

Errors of smart people, why people who are too smart can only be the No. 2 and usually people who are being educated no1nya lower than subordinates.

1. because too many know to forget to jump in and take action

2. not dare to act when in his heart, "I certainly could if I wanted", bodo banget. It is truethat is said by those who passed, "the mind which one it could be our own enemy".People who like this are people who never fail because he never tried.

3. felt he was smart so reluctant to be notified by the person he thought was moreunderneath his education. In my opinion this person is a smart ass

4. typically economists or other experts who else uses a standard formula that I think isoutdated / expired. Always use the formula formula in real life are more developed than those listed in the book. So people like this do not be creative.

5. do not want more stupid than his students so that although the true disciple, but he considered wrong. Not to know them, if students are not more intelligent than his teacherdoes not mean the science develops.

Sports Motivation

Laziness in doing or completing something is a common thing and certainly experiencedby everyone. In terms of exercise, laziness is a pretty common too. This is usually causedby two things.

First, fear of pain from exercise. Soreness that appears 1-2 days after exercise is usually a sour experience, so people think 2 times when invited to return to exercise. Practice session with a very high intensity that exceeds the capacity of the body is the culprit, whois still crawling like a baby should be forced to run.

Second, the lack of awareness of the importance of health and fitness. People who do notfeel the need to be smart usually do not study hard. Same also with people who do notrealize the importance of hygiene will usually lazy to bathe. Similarly, people who are lessaware of the importance of living a healthy and fit will be lazy to exercise.

Motivation Theory

Motivation is the driving force of the heart a person to do or achieve something objective.Motivation also can be regarded as a plan or desire for success and avoid failures of life.In other words, motivation is a process for the achievement of a goal. Someone who has the motivation means he already has the power to obtain success in life.

Motivation can be intrinsic motivation and ekstrinsic. Motivation is intinsik is when the nature of work itself that makes a motivated, these people get satisfaction by doing the job not because of other stimuli such as status or money or it could be said to be doing ahobby. Whereas extrinsic motivation is when the elements outside of work inherent in the job to be the main factor that makes a motivated such status or compensation.

Many theories of motivation proposed by the experts that are intended to provide a description that led to what is actually human, and humans will be able to be like. Landyand Becker makes this grouping approach motivation theory into 5 categories of needs theory, reinforcement theory, equity theory, expectancy theory, goal setting theory.
